Aqua Vista Resort - Terms and Conditions

A booking is not confirmed until the full deposit of one night tariff is paid. The balance will normally be charged on morning of arrival if arrival is on Saturday or Sunday balance of payment will be processed Friday prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Low /Mid-Season:
All cancellations outside of 30 days prior to arrival date may cancel free of charge and full deposit will be refunded.

All cancellations inside 30 days to 5 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation.

All cancellations inside of 5 days of the arrival date will incur a payment of the full accommodation amount. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

High Season: Queensland School Holiday
All cancellations outside of 30 days prior to arrival date may cancel free of charge and full deposit will be refunded.

All cancellations inside 30 days to 10 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation.

All cancellations inside of 10 days to arrival date will incur a payment of the full accommodation amount. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing upon receipt of this confirmation, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.

We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance.
Please note that Aqua Vista Resort enforces a Strict No Party or Excess Noise Policy and reserves the right to evict guests or secure a bond to pay for any damage incurred.
